Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

Indicative delivery times:

Belgium: 1 to 3 business days

Europe: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number is sent by email after the order has been shipped.

Wearing Dolce Vita cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, or any circumstances beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the parcel.

Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
